Chef Jackson presides over a contemporary cooking style that features healthy, nutritional ingredients: fresh local fish such as Red Snapper, Saban Grouper, Wahoo and Yellowfin Tuna. The menu, which is printed every day or two, usually features a spicy Seviche, French oysters, P.E.I. mussels, great steaks, house cured pork loin, organic chicken, U.S. lamb rack, duck and pasta specials each evening. We also cater to the young diner with an assortment of smaller versions. Please ask for the kids menu!
We feature a dessert selection of house made creations such as Triple Cheesecake with Berries, or our famous Pear in Puff Pastry with Caramel, that will leave you most satisfied and planning your return visit.

Our Wine List features many of the worlds most well known wine regions and carries many single vineyard selections that are highly allocated and hard to find elsewhere. Prices range from $26 and up with the emphasis on a wide selection of mid-range choices making great value for the dollar our overriding standard.
